Dr. Paul Wortman retired on April 30, 2026. Our office is not scheduling any new or follow-up patient visits. Dr. Wortman is no longer providing medical advice or renewing prescriptions.

If you are a former patient, your medical records have been electronically migrated to the Skin Surgery Center. The Skin Surgery Center has assumed care of Dr. Wortman’s patients. Please contact them if you have questions about your dermatological condition, need an appointment, need a prescription refill, or want copies of your medical records.
