We’ve moved!
Mountainview Skin Care has moved its medical and dermatology practice to 127 South Poplar St., Winston-Salem. The telephone number for appointments remains the same: 336-893-8423.
Mountainview Skin Care will continue to provide dermatology care, as we have in the past. However, the practice is now part of a group of practitioners dedicated to providing holistic health services at the above address.
We look forward to seeing you in our new location!

Due to the current roadwork on First Street, please follow these directions (or call us for a current road work update).
From the North
Take University Parkway South into Winston-Salem—it becomes Marshall Street. Continue on Marshall to First Street and turn right on First. Go to the second intersection and turn left on South Poplar St. Go to the fourth building on the left (#127, yellow house), park in the rear.
Alternatively, take Route 52 South to 421/Salem Parkway West (formerly Business 40). Get off at Exit 233B (Cherry St to Marshall St). Off the ramp, immediately get into the left hand lane and turn left on First St. Cross Marshall St and Spruce St. Turn left on South Poplar St. Go to the fourth building on the left (#127, yellow house), park in the rear.
From the South
Take NC Highway 150 North (Peters Creek Parkway) into Winston-Salem and cross over Business 40 to Broad St. Cross Broad St onto Second St, go to third intersection and turn right onto Poplar St, NW. Go one block, cross First St onto South Poplar St. Go to fourth building on the left (#127, yellow house), park in the rear.

Take 421/Salem Parkway East (formerly Business 40). Get off at Exit 234A (Peters Creek Parkway). Turn right onto Peters Creek Parkway to Broad St. Cross Broad St onto Second St, continue to third intersection—turn right onto Poplar St, NW. Go one block, cross First St onto South Poplar St. Go to fourth building on the left (#127, yellow house), park in the rear.
From the East
Take 421/Salem Parkway West (formerly Business 40). Get off at Exit 2338 (Cherry St to Marshall St).
